Tour the Staten Island Zoo Carousel Enclosure as a part of the AIANY's Archtober Building of the Day program. The October 9th tour will be led by Slade Architecture principal and co-founder James Slade, DDC Senior Project Manager Amar Malla, Staten Island Zoo Executive Director Kenneth Mitchell, and Staten Island Zoo Facilities and Property Manager Mark Lamberti.

The Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at LAX has been honored with a Design Award Citation by the AIA New York State. The jury commented "the curves, colors, and furniture are retro, but still fresh. The ceiling elevates a conventional space and celebrates flight...Seems LA to me."
Our project was displayed at the AIA New York State Design Conference on October 22-25 in Saratoga, NY.
James has been appointed as a member of the 2016 AIA Institute Honor Awards for Interior Architecture Jury.
