EMERGING VOICES AT PARSONS SCE

February 10, 2016 in Lecture, Publications

We are presenting in the Architecture League Emerging Voices at Parsons event tomorrow. It promises to be a full evening!

Parsons School of Constructed Environments (SCE) and The Architectural League of New York tomorrow celebrate Parsons alumni and past and present faculty featured in the recently published 30 Years of Emerging Voices: Idea, Form, Resonance. Following an introduction by Anne Rieselbach, The Architectural League of New York Program Director, the event will feature a Pecha Kucha with Parsons SCE faculty and alumni included among the previous 30 years of Emerging Voices, and a panel conversation on emerging disciplinary and hybrid modes of practice with recent Parsons SCE graduates and current students, moderated by Alan Brake, US Editor at Dezeen.

The Emerging Voices juried lecture series recognizes architects, landscape architects, and urban designers who have both significant work to show and significant ideas to share. From the inaugural presentations more than thirty years ago to the present, firms selected by The Architectural League as Emerging Voices have spoken compellingly about their work while framing its relationship to theory, practice, and place. - Anne Rieselbach, Program Director of The Architectural League of New York
